Emma Bridger and Lee Smith co-founded The EX Space in London in 2022. Between them they bring over 50 years in employee communication, engagement and experience, multiple books, and three decades advising senior leaders at global organisations.
They wanted one place for EX practitioners to learn, share tools, support each other and network. A space to professionalise their field, and a new income stream from their expertise.

Close collaboration
We joined the EX Space team in regular project meetings for almost a year, from start to launch. That let us respond fast, challenge ideas and guide the team to the best way to build their vision.
Rapid iteration
We built and refined templates and wireframes for each type of learning content and web page. We also translated the CPD Certification board's requirements into course standards the team could follow.
Extended team
Our broad skill set covered whatever the team needed next: video editing and captioning, learning content design guides and much more.
Creative problem solving
Pushing a platform to its limits means hitting walls. With 20+ years across e-learning tools, we find a workaround when the system says no.

The EX Space now has over 1,000 members. Every premium Masterclass course is CPD certified, and membership keeps growing.
